TROLLEY Wash® is an independent all-in-one system. When needed, it is transported by truck to your
supermarket car park and is immediately ready to use.
The patented self-contained water circulation system can clean up to 4200 trolleys with just one full tank.
The innovative technology cleans up to
180 trolleys per hour and is very easy to operate
with low labour costs.
The system’s special feature is that, like a car wash, there are several cleaning stations, which are
arranged in a U-shape.
Like a car wash –
just easier and faster:
1. The mobile TROLLEY Wash® is set up
in the supermarket car park.
2. A member of staff conveniently controls
the cleaning process by remote control.
3. The trolleys go through the various stations
in the cleaning system one after the other –
without ever needing to go in reverse.
4. While uncleaned trolleys are fed in to the
system, the clean trolleys roll out of the outlet.
5. After the cleaning process, TROLLEY Wash®
is transported to the next supermarket
without leaving any residue whatsoever.
